this has not been my week.....
Today at work I was called into my managers office and informed that at last night's Dr's meeting some of the Dr's are not happy with my performance and want to fire me!!!! yea I was in complete shock......so after further discussion I find out that this is not the first time the subject has come up! Let me just tell you that last week was the end of my 90 days there. Thats right I have been there for 90 days and its been disscussed more than once about firing me? and no one has said a word about it until now? I have never been called into the office and "talked to" about anything. I have never been reprimanded or told anything that I was doing wrong. In fact the only time I have ever been talked to I have been told how much they like me and what a great job Im doing.
well come to find out its one Dr that wants me gone and Richard, (the office manger) and a few of the other Dr's convinced her that I should get 90 day probabtion period, and after that time it will be discussed among the Dr' s if I get to keep my job or not.
WHY is all this happening?.....I was never actually told even though I asked repeatedly. There is no actual thing I have done wrong, She thinks that I don't work hard enough. Thats interesting considering all the shit that has happened since I started there. What with ppl not coming to work on time if at all. AND the fact that I have taken on some major responsibilities like um....I dont know......how about the 600 collection letters I did yesterday alone. Oh and the other 300 I did today!!! not to mention doing Erica's recall for her all the time b/c her kids are sick and she has to leave early.
