I'm really looking forward to autumn. I can't wait to see the foliage changing and feel the crisp night air. It's been getting cooler out lately. I could dwell on the stuff in my life that's making me feel lost but, for now, I'm just trying to enjoy the night.

I look forward to

stepping through crisp leaves on the ground
chilly nights cuddled under my down comforter
the smells of licorice and pumpkin and cider
warm apple cider with cinnamon or clove
halloween scary movie fests
trips to Salem to shop in the witchy stores and drink up the sights
dinner and drinks at the Twisted Witch
starting christmas shopping
playing guitar at the ren faire and seeing old friends
sitting on a beach under the autumn moon
car daytrips up to maine and vermont

One of my favorite songs. I've had a 10 year love with Patty Griffin. Her music has been the soundtrack of my life. <3
