Tattoopalooza - Last day and the "left over" party.
All in all the show was great. I was able to work on a few interesting pieces, learn a few things and hang out with some of the best people I know. Enigma was there with his creepy new black eyes and still is as amazing as ever. Artists like Billi Vegas or Jesse Smith represented the USA, while talent from across the seas came to wave their flags (as they should) and check out the "American Style"

It was a collection of some of the most amazing artists from Europe and the Americas. Clearly I didn't have enough time to peruse through all of the artists book but there were some serious heavy hitters in the house. I drooled over the talent as much as I had time for but then it was back to work.

Sunday morning had a special gift waiting for me. Skin, lol, I had been going on and on about eventually learning how to tattoo portraits for months now. And according to my friends it was high time I showed up or shut up. One of my mentors, Endre Szabo from TattooEnd in London, sat me down and walked me through my first tattooed portrait ! It was nerve wrecking but I made it through with a recognizable Frankenstein! I was a little proud of myself... well ok! really proud! lol I turned off my auto critic for now and will take the joy for the moment. the real test will be in two months when I see the piece healed.

The rest of the day was fantastic. I did a few more pieces and played around with some new machines. Nothing was going to break my day. The night was just as lovely but I'll keep his name anonymous wink
