Last night was a bit better, I actually did sleep. The worry is subsiding, but its still there and has subsided enough to allow me to sleep.

Watching what is happening in the world right now doesn't help much, the whole Iran thing is looking like its going to shake out badly in the very near future, but I think it will shake out badly primarily for the Iranians, as nukes will do a lot of damage, they certainly need to wake up and realize that we aren't going to go rushing in there headlong with our army without pummeling the shit out of them in other ways.
