Damn, I just hate my job so much, it does drive me nuts almost every single day I come in to the office, but I have to keep coming to the office, why, because I need a paycheck especially when its as fat as the one I get, but I have had to bust my ass for nearly 20 yrs to get to what I bring home today, and I certainly am not going to give it up on a whim as I have grown quite accustomed to the lifestyle that it allows me and my family to have, so gotta be able to replace it first, which of course I am working on.
Right now the hardest thing I have to do is figure out which state to register my LLC in, do I do it in my home state though I will be moving or do I do it in the state I am going to be moving to, or do I got with Delaware, the cost difference isn't much different from one state to the other so its hard to decide. The obvious choice would be Delaware because of the inherent tax advantages of registering it there, so I might very well just go with that. Not sure yet, but working on making that decision for sure.
