So, I started a new job when I got up here. "Section Chief". My job is all about people: making sure their training is up to date, making sure they make scheduled appointments, make sure they're recognized when they do good things and disciplined when they fuck up, writing performance reports and awards, ensuring morale...crap like that. Theoretically I'm supposed to be doing this job for about two years, as a part of "career progression". Looks like I may be moving on sooner than I thought. There's another office that needs help, and it looks like I may be getting another (see: better) job sooner than I thought. I'll keep you updated.
