Ahh, let's recap the weekend, shall we? Saturday: ride to somewhere new, errands, reading, babysitting the airmans, sleep. Sunday: sleep, followed by more sleep, reading, nap, reading, nap, babysit the airmans, sleep. Monday (yeah, three day weekend): ride to somewhere else new, update the journal (you're welcome), and read.

Today's ride was pretty phenominal, at least until we got to Tiger Rock. After that I lost my groove, my concentration went, and I took a couple of crashes. No major injuries, just some surface scratches and one heavily bruised ego.

I don't normally get to ride twice in a weekend. You can't just go hard on Saturday, get up on Sunday, and do it all over again. At least I can't. so three day weekends give me an opportunity to ride twice. Thing is, I'd almost rather not have anymore three day weekends. Sure, the ride was good, but now what? There's a lot of down time, and I've run out of things to fill it with. So give me my five day work week, followed by my two decompression days thank you very much. Helps the time go by faster.

Oh, and one more thing. I hate hate hate the whole "dating profile" thing. Fucking stupid.
