Man, I got my ass kicked today, so to speak. I went for a no-shit mountain bkie ride this afternoon, not the riding to and from work bullshit that I'd been doing. I've been out of the saddle way too long. I don't have my legs anymore, and my lungs are still burning. But man what a good time. There is actually some decent riding and nice scenery around here. And I was amazed that there is a place that doesn't smell like a sewer.

On another note, I don't think I'll be going out for a while. I'm setting myself up to be in a place that I don't necessarily want to be in emotionally. So I'm on one looooong health night for the time being.
