So I've been back from my vacation for about two weeks now and all I can say is I want to go back. Work still blows, but it's gets better the closer I get to leaving for Korea. Hooray for December!
My vacation was great, it fucking rocked in fact. You learn a lot about people when you're sitting around a camp fire drinking until 8am.
The Tour starts tomorrow!!! That's right, the Tour de France begins on the 5th. Lance (my hero) goes for number five, and only the second rider to win five consecutively. He's got an outstanding chance, if for no other reason than that he's done it before and knows what it takes. My only problem is that Cox Cable out here in east coast butt-fuck Virginia doesn't include OLN in their basic cable package, and I'm not paying fifty bucks a month to watch TV five hours a week. It should be law that every July, OLN is free to whomever wants to watch the Tour. I'm writing my congressman. Thank Al Gore for the internet (he invented it, you know), at least I can find out what's happening on bicycling.com.
