Well its thursday, the sun is shining.
This weekend its apartment /house hunting time. I actually might buy a camp, if i can find one with running water and a shitter. They are usually nothing more than run down shacks but if i live there and keep the sewage up the land only increases in value. There is one i know about, its small and i'd basically have to wade through a stream to get to it but it has free lease gas. Problem is it is only one small bedroom so my dressers would have to be in the main room of the place. It has a bit of land so its not a bad buy if i can get it for less than 15,000.
I would rather live in a dump i own than a shitty apartment and economically for what a "nice place runs for i be better off buying a house.
My renting experience hasn't been a very pleasant one. I get irratated when shit don't work and usually landlords arn't too keen on getting things done. I guess already owning a house spoiled me.
