I was totally behind the times when it came to my phone. People who know me have been confused for years on why I never upgraded into something more "connected". It was especially strange because they know I've been at the forefront of technology for as long as they could remember. As an early adopter of quite a few (failed) products I'd get burned more times than I'd like to admit.

Enter the iPhone. Up until I figured all the utility that was availible - it was a "Meh, nice to have, but whatev." kind of deal. Now I've harnesed the power of - I'm a true believer.

I can bring out my need to pound on things with the "Digi Drummer" app. Hook up some HQ headphones and I am breaking down the "In The Air Tonight" roll like Phil himself.

I found this app called "Pandora" and aparently it's super popular. It's a custom music station that builds tracks based on your song/artist input. I listened for 20 minutes this morning and found 3 BRAND NEW artists that were just waiting to be discovered. Incredible.

Never again will an Ebay auction slide by when I'm not home.

Never again will I take a wrong turn in an unfamilar area.

You want to make it look like ants are crawling on the screen? Done.

You want an accurate GPS based horsepower and dynamometer for your car? Easy.

I want to see a live camera feed from a random church in Prague. No sweat.

Portable dB meter? Check.

It's been awhile since I've been addicted to something - last time that didn't turn out well. ha.
