OK, so it may be slightly over a month, but here is my monthly post! 
How are you all doing?
I'm doing OK. I have been working out hard, currently having lost about 15lbs, which I am really proud of. My workouts have been mostly cardio and my improved nutrition has really helped. Having said that I ate naughty tonight, but as a whole, I have been eating pretty clean.
I participated in a 24hr Relay a couple of weeks ago which I actually managed to run a fair few laps without dying. I managed to raise $130 for the Childrens Aid Society too. It is not often I do things for charity, generally because I'm a selfish bastard. I felt really good doing it though so I may just do some more charity things in the future.
Last weekend I was on a cruise around the Bahamas. If you have never been before, it has to be seen to be believed:
...it really is that beautiful there. I have never really been into sunny climates but they are growing on me. I, for the most part, avoided suburn so that helped
Cruises are pretty awesome too. They are not full of old people like I had imagined...which is nice.
I got a digital camera before I went away. It is just a small Sony DSC110:
...but it takes nice photos, does amazing video and is super small and light. It was also pretty cheap too which I was also happy about. All I need now is a permanent laptop and I'll be taking pics and uploading to SG all the time - I promise!
BTW, does anyone have any tips on taking good self pics? mine are usually always shitty.
