Scott and I gots a place. It's pretty sweet. We live out in the Richmond district of SF. It's about ten minutes from the ocean and the Cliff House, walking. Twenty from the zoo. There's a vintage theater round the corner and a taqueria. A Safeway and a Delano's market both in walking distance. Right off of 37th and Geary, so the bus runs 24/7. Multiple martial arts and dance studios and even an archery range nearby. A garage and parking space.
Here's the specs: $550 a month, plus $30 for internet/cable/etc. The place has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. You get one of those bedrooms. To yourself. There's a fully outfitted kitchen. Full size dining room. Full size living room with three couches, a fire place, and a giant plasma screen tv with Tivo, surround sound, and every gaming system possible. Storage closet, too. and each bedroom has a closet. Heating, all that. A laundry machine setup in the building. A laundry up the block, too.
What we need from you, potential applicant:
- Ability to move in by June-ish.
- No smoking.
- No drugs.
- Drinking's fine.
- Good hygiene.
- No pets (not our rule, sadly)
- Must have a steady, paying job.
- High tolerance for nerdiness.
