I think my mom's getting crazier and crazier. And she isn't THAT old, just about at retirement age.
She didn't notice that I dyed my hair black.
She completely forgot about things about me that I'd expect her to remember.
And the last thing that's been happening for about as long as I remember, but is increasing in frequency: She tends to be completely oblivious to what anybody around her is talking about. For instance, Joss and I would be in the car with her talking about, let's say, the moon and how pretty it is. 5 minutes later, my mom would say "hey, have you guys seen the moon? It's really pretty". Over and over again with each conversation.
Ugh.

Yanno it might be menopause... my mother has lost her goddamn mind, and shes mid 50's, menopausal, going insane. She tried to kill me at dinner the other night by feeding me something I've always been allergic to.
So hey, you never know. Could just be hormones.
Give me a few days to get together the necessary things to take care of him. I'm going to go ahead and buy an aquarium... what kind of lighting do I need?
Oh, and we need to hang out again!
