Happy Monday! 
I had a lovely weekend visiting friends, dragging my hubby all over LA, went thrift store shopping and overall hung with the coolest 3 people on the Westside. I'll post pics later.
I was hoping to tell you all about "Ichi the Killer" a japanese film, but i didn't see it, and spent Sunday with my family at a pool party...watching "50 First Dates"...which i didn't want to see at all, but which charmed me completely. It was sweet....now I want to go back to Hawaii SO BAD. Jim graduates from school in June--i'll probably take him next Fall as a surprise treat.
Dad is well--despite having surgery on Friday...He escaped the Hospital Saturday and started calling me about work at noon. I told him i was out with friends, and that if he didn't settle down and relax a bit, i was gonna have to nark him out to his new wife.

I quit the opera...so I have 36 more days a year free...so yay~
