I'm having a good day. And i'm thankful that's it's been a pretty good weekend as well. Jim and i stayed home, except to visit my brother, Trev, and his wife, who are expecting their baby this week. It's an exciting time.

More exciting was that a friend of my Brother's dropped off an insane amount of cut rosewood--and since Trev, has no use for it, asked me what he should do with all the wood. LOL!!! BUILD ME A FLOOR!!! a really, really nice rosewood floor, that i would have NEVER ever ever afforded on my own. Thank you Fender factory, and Thanks to your exceedingly high standards, i'll have a stylish, super-uber-duper wood floor.

Now, to come up with a snap & lock system for the baseboards and I rule!

I watched American Beauty this weekend. I was very disturbed byt he use of tension...too much for my sentimental heart...but it was a really good film.

I think that my 6 year old niece needs and education in film and humanity. Do you have anything to recommend? She's a smartie, but as she's 6, not to heavy on the violence, okay.

We'll start with "The Point"...

The sound stuff is going really well.

If you are in the area of the Block you can see them putting up the walls and stuff. Its a HUGE space and I think he said it used to be a circuit city (?) or something...its by the theaters, the windows are painted red with movie posters (or scary scenes now and "The Cellar" around somewhere).

He wants to get it open by the end of September eeek That puts alot of pressure on me frown but as soon as it is open and everything is finished, Im going to see about making an event out of it and posting a get together in SGLA and SGOC.
