My good friend Lala had her bridal shower today--it was fun. I got there 3 hours before to decorate the place. I hung handfuls of white gladiolas on the trunk of the two trees on their patio. Wrapped the handrail of the stair case in branches of silk apple blossoms and wisteria. The linens were dark green with white table toppers with lacy edges. There were rose arrangements on the smaller tables and the food table has pink roses and honeysuckle flowing out of a cauldron. Of course, there were the white paper bell swags with ribbons. I was quite pleased.
(Wish you could have seen the Brides's irked expression, framed by her flowing brown hair and silver plastic tiara perched atop her head which bobbed in time to the scolding coming from her potty mouth, becasue she didn't want to pose beside EVERYTHING AND SMILE--and i made her anyway--she'll thank me later.)
Cat arrived with a huge bounty of foods: her homemade salsa, guacomole and chips; aspargus wrapped in prosciutto (sic) and fried, eggrolls, taquitos, those little lavosh bread rolled sandwiches and deviled eggs. There were tiramisu, cheesecake and chocolate cake for dessert. Whew! So much food!
The wedding is a couple weeks away now--i can hardly wait! I'm grateful to meet her immediate family beforehand--so the reception will be less strange. yeah--a good day. Looking forward to making the flower arrangements for her reception too!

After i arrive home, i check my photo site and read the comments and guestbook--some dingus wrote the following which just made me laugh and laugh:
"ugly uggly ugly lose some wieght and put in clothes"
hahhaaahha hahhaaa hahahaa
For starters, I'm far from "ugly"--in fact on a good day i'm pretty fucking fabulous. I'm not undressed in a SINGLE photos--unless they think that the ones of me getting a tattoo on my back are "naked". And someone needs to learn to spell.
I'm guessing sour grapes because i don't share passwords. I delete most requests. I lock albums for family privacy, not because i'm naked! hhaahaa i'm feeling too good about myself today--people are silly.
