Under my name on the title page is a poem from a site I used to contribute to called "Thicket of Thorns". It was several years ago (2002-2003). I used to contribute every day under my real name...but not too much anymore. I hated the Summertime Drama which came when all the little high strung, self centered children had too much time. But eh, whatever. The site was reformulated several times, and i don't think i have anything still up on it. Maybe a haiku or two under the name "Jerawyn".

This poem was added by Sakuruba in Tokyo. It is the most peaceful and haunting thing i've heard, and i love it. Interestingly enough is it's tone resonates in a whisper, but the imagery is solid and vivid, inordinately (sic) gentle. In it's original form it reads as follows. I ahd to sqush it down to fit it up there.

"One soundless midday,
The wind was fresh and clean,
And the flower petals swayed as if they were asleep.
This serene feeling...
Tell me, what's the name that people give it?
Tell me, what's the name that people give it?
Tell me a story that's locked away in the white sand of the moon,
Let me hear it as gently as light shining down. "
Sakuruba tokyo, - Sunday, January 19, 2003

If you Google Sakuruba, you'll see that he's a kick boxer, champion fighter and gentle soul.

How i love the unexpected in life.
