Wow, it's been a little while i guess. If anyone reads this, i am doing fine...
The restaraunt opened, it's an overwhelming success. People waiting for tables outside in our fresh fallen snow still, after 2 1/2 months of being open! There has been a lot of press, and fanfare and i love it. I took a big risk to quit the high paying titty bar last summer and it paid off. Well, gotta run to the liquor store before it closes. Gotta love Minnesota's liquor laws.
