Day after tomorrow is Christmas, and it really doesn't feel like it here. It was about 55 degrees out here this mornin' (this is New England). WTF? Not that i'm complaining about warm weather , but it just seems a tad out of place considering every year we usually see sub-freezing temps around this time.
I packed up most of my shit and headed back to the house in Exeter today. It feels oddly good to be home. No one was yelling at each other for once....
I'm kind of sad now, mostly because my top belly button piercing was rejecting so I had to take it out. It left a big red bump in its wake. R.I.P. to my first professional piercing (all others were hand-poked by me). But the sadness kind of goes away when I think of all the presents to come.....
