Good luck at the wedding! Sounds like something I would dread too. I'm supposed to go with a friend to a wedding this Friday as his "date" because his family doesn't know he's gay. It's so hard when families are unwilling to accept the sexuality of one of its members. Many people never find love. Those that do are the luckiest regardless of what sex or color that love comes in. I hope it all goes well for you both.

Seeing the Louvre and visiting Italy (specifically Vatican City) would be a dream come true. The art and architecture of these two places is just amazing!

So, needless to say I'm going to miss you while you're gone. I know I haven't been online much anymore. Usually it's first thing in the morning because by the time I get home from work and classes I'm just too damn tired to get online and chat. However, we will definitely chat it up before you leave. Hey hun, sounds like you aren't having a very good start to the summer either I know how you feel because my head does the same thing. If I hear one negative thing about myself I obsess about it until I either make myself so upset that I cry, or so angry that I plot revenge. And I know this is not a constructive way to deal with it. Life is just so confusing and fucked up most of the time...we are brave souls who stay alive and fight the fight everyday. I go to therapy but precisely for the reason you listed: It helps me to figure things out, keeps me grounded, and in other words, gives me an excuse not to have to face anything on my own I suppose. I wish it would get easier for you because I know what it feels like to be tortured inside constantly.

Yeah I feel the same way about the new site although now I'm getting used to where everything is. It sure does look pretty. However, did you know that there is now a time limit on editing comments that you post in someone's journal? Guess that means we all have to be extra careful before writing something stupid
How's your summer going so far? I'm in summer classes and for my first class I have 8 books to read in 6 weeks....UG! I can't wait until I'm out and don't have to read anymore....well at least not for academic reasons!

I hope that you are feeling more like you soon! The only thing that sucks is that my hair is naturally that dark so when I try to do something funky with it I have to bleach the crap outta it to get it to work, meh anyway.
