THe hockey games went well yesterday, besides the fact that it was a fuckin blizzard on the way home. WTF does Canada not believe in plows?? ANywho... my weekend has been decent. Tryin to hold it together. I think I'm doin ok at it. Considering moving to a different state when I get my teaching certificate, because New York is one of the only states that it is mandatory for me to have my master's in order to just teach high school.. although if I just go and get my masters anyways I would be a lot more marketable in other states.
I need to do my resume for student teaching. Mixed feelings on that. I could student teach abroad, like in NYC. I wish sometimes that I had the balls to do it. They've been known to hire student teachers there for full time positions as soon as they graduate because they're so desperate for teachers. I love the city, but I don't think I could deal with those classrooms. I"m too much of a sheltered wimp to be able to control a high school classroom of Bronx kids.
