my rock band guitar is broken!

my rock band drum set is broken!

my guitar hero 3 wireless guitar is broken, too!

ea will send me replacement rock band equipment for free, but the guitar hero guitar is just days outside the 60-day warranty!! i my wireless guitar and played nicely with it every single day. i didn't even remove the neck for fear of snapping the internal pins. this is what i get? breaking on me when i get back from a long road trip!?
