No let me explain, I plan on leaving ICU and going up to the Laboratory to work. I mentioned something to my boss about changing my set hours to accommedate my school schedule and first off she told me no! Then it was rudely brought to my attention that if she doesn't want to let me go up to the lab she can hold my position transfer until she hires someone, and if she chooses not to then I don't get to go. I would have to completely quit and lose my seniority, then rehire brand new and start new. Ughhhh! Let's see if my boss has a soul. Lol doubt it and that makes me angry!
