The age thing is more fun than anything to worry about, really. It's a novelty.
I hope the school thing is working out for you! It sounds like an amazing vocation. One of my good friends has a master's in forensic psych and I love hearing her views on rehabilitation. We're all human.
Sorry you're going through a rough patch financially this month, but am glad friends are pulling together to help, even if family can't or won't. Sometimes a communication blackout is the best thing for everyone's sanity. Hope your day with your hot guy was all you'd hoped it to be.
I just read this now, wow...you ARE a great friend. I hope your friend takes you up on your offer of help and really changes for the better. Will you keep us posted on this? (Or at least me?? )
The story of the movie really creeped me out/intrigued me, but the film was very monotonous (day 1: didn't eat anything... day 14: headache, didn't eat anything... day 26: didn't eat anything.. pretty sure I'm going to die soon... day 61... almost dead, etc.) and I even fell asleep at some point but my mom noticed and poked me, haha. It was more of an art film than anything else. I got the sick movie hook-up though 'cause there are a lot of great indie theaters in Amsterdam and my mother works at one.
The Aux Raus record release show last night was pretty fun. I kinda hate that they're turning into this 'hip' band since they got a new label, but whatever. People are into it, there were 700-800 people at least. There are some rad pictures and a video online here already: http://www.auxraus.com/paradiso-pictures-by-alex-post/
I seriously can't believe people are paying that much for Wolves. Well actually, I would never sell my copy and they only made 500 so I understand its cult credibility but that's hella money!!
Is that the one with the rainbow and a flying bunny on the sleeve? Some Girls were so awesome. I listened to Heaven's Pregnant Teens for days when it came out.
Wow, Iron Age were so hard. They used to be a hardcore band but they're straight up metal now. I didn't recognize the singer the first 2 songs because he grew out his hair and has a beard!
that cold cave album is rad. i thought it was just going to be noise and was pleasantly surprised. i think it's funny that a british accent shows up here and there. yeah, i know you were an army brat but, c'mon.
