It was hard for me to update my journal today since I had a couple pages of comments full of love on the last entry. I couldn't bring myself to make a new one. heh. You guys are all so awesome.

Anyways. My computer up and died on me last night. You computer geniuses out there... any ideas on what might have happened?
I was in the middle of working in Photoshop trying to get together an updated wedding photography portfolio to show some prospective clients when all of a sudden... PS freezes, I ctrl+alt+del that fucker, open it up again... same problem when I try to open another image file. So I decide maybe I should just reboot.
Well, go to reboot and during the memory check, where theres usually numbers scrolling like crazy, there is blank space and the text is cut off... frozen at boot. Ooo. Scream at it for awhile, shut it off and open her up ... nothing looks out of the ordinary. Make sure everything is connected properly, give it some compressed air. Still no go, so I give up and go to bed.
This morning I'm determined. I switch a couple of the RAM sticks around, no go. I keep the 512 in and take the two 128s out... and it works. I'm up and running but I don't know if that was a fix or a temporary solution. I really hope that I'm not overheating (the power supply seems to be fine?) and all my fans are working... I didn't get any beeps when I boot up the system.
Man, I really need to date a computer whiz AND a mechanic, and I'd totally be set for life. xo

You should totally let Oryx do a set of you. Honestly it's not that bad having someone else shoot you naked. Plus she probably thinks your super hot and that makes it easy. Because you know your not being judged or whatever. Just put on some tunes...and take off your clothes. If you think you'll be uncomfy bring someone who's already seen you naked. Matt was there when I did mine ,it made me feel better.
I say go for it! Plus Oryx is really nice.
