So my computer has been dying since forever. We built this sucker in 1999, and save for a new harddrive, I haven't updated it since. It just won't play videos anymore. It won't load anything newer than Windows 98. My new photo printer won't work with anything older than Win2k. My computer games are choppy, and Photoshop freezes if I open more than two windows at any given time.

Yesterday we were at Visions checking out surround sound for my friend's new DLP tv, and on the clearance table, they had a demo computer tower marked down from $1300 to $400. I'm tearing it apart and upgrading some pieces. Well worth the $400. It's a P4 with 2.4g, with a dvd writer and a cd-r/cd-rw drive, 80gig hd with Windows XP. Gives me a good place to start. I get to work with PhotoShop again, how exciting!

I've also been playing Leisure Suit Larry:Magna Cum Laude for PS2 for the past couple days. The gameplay isn't challenging whatsoever, but the stories and songs and things that go with the game is just undeniably hilarious. Getting to see naked CGI boobs is pretty cool too.

Everyone is moving away and I don't get to. It's so unfair.
