i want that video too LOL there are like a few of them rite? let us know how it goes. i tried trimspa and it acted alot like aheavy water pill so make sure you always have water. i lost 12 pounds with it. i would use it when your starting out i dont tihnk id stay on it for a long period of time.

I like the library. only I take out like 20-30 cds at a time plus movies and books...when I return them I feel like I work at a daycare, doing a head count to make sure that I have all the kiddies before we go back home from the park.
