Disconcerting to return to work after your vacation and one of your bosses has been fired... a little up the chain, so not too emotionally attached, but still...

So, on my way back home this week, to break up the long 12 hour drive, I stopped in Jamestown, NY to be a geek and check out the home of Lucille Ball and go to the I Love Lucy and Lucy and Desi museums... SO sad that I couldn't take pictures inside (stupid CBS!) bc the sets were there and I was in awe. So of course, I snuck into the bathroom to take a picture... isn't it funny how those places always have stuff in the bathroom too?

So I bought far too many souvenirs and Christmas presents, and left crying, bc the whole Lucy and Desi marriage ending thing always upsets me. It seems crazy to love some one so much and be so good together, and yet be so BAD together too Insert sad thoughts about my ex here Perhaps I would have healthier relationships if my ideas of love weren't Lucy & Desi, Zelda & F. Scott, Scarlett & Rhett, Daisy & Gatsby, Samson and Delilah, Travis and Shanna Barker (hey, I LOVED "Meet the Barkers"! How cute was their kid!?!?!) ...

AND DO HOMEWORK!!!!!!
