i'm trying to figure out what classes to take in the spring and fall. i am also wrestling w/ the idea of lightening my course load in the summer by taking a fourth semester next fall. doesn't cost me extra or anything, but it will prolong my in-school activity and frankly, i am looking to get out.
not taking some time off was a mistake. but whatever. i will soldier on through.
i should be getting paper grades back next week for the first 3 i handed in.
still haven't started my paper due sunday but 10 pages 1.5 spaced doesn't really phase me after writing 3 20-page in a week. that and i really just don't have the ko'ach (strength) to write another paper. yea, this is bad. but really, i am pooped.
and i still have 49 exams to grade by the 24th. 15 people skipped out of the moed aleph completely and 2, so far that i caught, stayed for the mandatory 30 minutes in the beginning and then left w/out even trying.
i didn't think my exam was that hard.
but the more people who don't take moed aleph/fail moed aleph, the more moed bets and therefore, the more money JB gets as she gets paid per exam.

in tel aviv for the weekend. almost didn't happen. some one fucked up royally on base and it screwed all the other soldiers and joual didn't get to leave until 8 hours after he was supposed to. hell, at first, they weren't going to let them leave at all. he was going to be stuck on base for another few weeks. luckily, they let them out. the one thing that did come out of all my anger is i finally cleaned/rearranged my room. now i have a bit more floor space (not a lot though) and it just feels not so cluttered. especially in this one area.
so, yea, i'm pretty much like any other girl who, when they get mad, they clean.
my lip hurts...i accidentally plunged the corner of my mouth into joual's knee...oops.
i'm smart.

i wanna go to petra real bad. i want to make a weekend out of it. go to eilat on a thursday, crash there and then spend friday-saturday at petra. i have 2 reasons for going...one is normal, and one...well, one just adds to my slight "obsession." the normal one is b/c i've heard it's amazing and that i should go on a tour that stays overnight b/c you get like a cool night time cultural experience, and i am all about the cultural experiences. plus, i've heard petra is breathtaking. the "other" reason - harrison ford was there. watch the 3rd indiana - when they go into the ruin in the mountain, that is petra. i've had a crush on indiana jones (not harrison ford..at least not yet) for as long as i can remember. it wasn't until i got older and realized he was in a bunch of other cool as fuck movies that i just liked the actor in general. but indiana jones will always be my first crush.
anyway, i am going to pass out b/c it is almost 2am and joual is yelling that i need to go to sleep.
