Being pissed off is great motivation for working out. I lift more, run harder, and don't stop as easily. Maybe I should make a workout video where I just start listing things that make everyone upset and thus propel them on toward a better workout. I bet it would sell. Just picture it: "Speed cameras! The Yankees always win! Honey Boo Boo's mother has a boyfriend and you're still single! Come on, PUSH YOURSELF!"

I think I'm on to something here.
