I just realized I've been a member here fore 5 1/2 years. When I first joined, I was single, lonely, and just trying to make a connection with people whom I liked and respected. After a 4-year hiatus or so, I'm kind of in a similar spot now. Funny how life works out like that.
I used to post many more blog entries, and I'd like to get back to that, but I'm not there yet. I'm working on it, though. Soon, I'll start pouring my thoughts out with much greater regularity. I'm a writer, damn it, I should be doing that anyway, despite the fact that I've always -- ALWAYS -- been bad at it.
