Well spent about 8 hours helping my friend move today and my back is okay for now. The true test will be in the morning after a good solid night's sleep.

On the brighter side my friend paid me in 2 turkey and cheese sandwiches with mustard in a nice wheat bread ...

Need to turn in early tonight, helping a friend move tomorrow morning. I don't know how much help I'll be with my back acting up like it is, but I said I'd help. Hopefully it won't be too bad.

Just got the call saying my friend will be taken off life support tomorrow morning.

Just found out today that a guy I used to work with, literally right next to, had an aneurysm and after a surgery is now in a medically induced coma. I didn't get all the details, but since he didn't die right away he should be okay. Another guy I knew had one in his brain and was dead in minutes.

I really hate the cold weather. Every year my skin gets drier and drier, I'd rather deal with my allergies the other 8-9 months out of the year than this. Itch itch itch

Happy New Year everyone!

Went to a good party, got drunk and had a good evening in general. Pity I have a cold. Thank God for a Doctor Who marathon all day and tonight into tomorrow night.

Had a great Christmas as I hope everyone else did. I got a couple of cool gifts including old Godzilla movies remastered on DVD. I spent most of the day shooting Nerf guns with my brother-in-law and nephews.

Friday night was fun even though the friend that is going to Iraq couldn't come out. We would've gone back on Saturday night if it wasn't for the 2 feet of snow that decided to drop Friday night into Sunday morning. Snow is fun until you have to move a lot of it and/or drive in it.
