Alright, already!! I have received a second request to update my journal. The first came from the lovely Isobel, God rest her internet soul, and the second recently came from a stranger to me, but a friend to all mankind, Coco. She was kind enough to comment on my journal, which, as you all know, means she is of the highest ilk. So at this double behest, I take keyboard underhand and post yet again.
I got a graduate assistantship at the Education and Social Science library at the big university in town. This is very pleasing as it cuts my out-of-state tuition in half and pays me $16.00 an hour. Better yet, Ill have something more impressive, and just as Hassellhoff-esque, than lifeguard to put on my resume. Grad school is back in full swing, as the kids who got together at the Pink House in Cleveland can tell you. I spent the better part of that Saturday doing research in the library in Brunswick, Ohio.
Ill continue my tale of trials, travails, and trimphs at Cedar Point soon.

thanks for the info, although unfortunately i didn't get it until i was back. 
but i think we actually went to a few of those places, and i had a lot of fun and good food. i need to get out of this state eventually, so perhaps it'll be my future town also.

What kind of librarian do you want to be? My mom is a refernce librarian. Or do you not have to pick one upfront?
