actually, today was a pretty good day. the boss was away, so i did nothing but mess around with the code for my site, which still doesn't do what i want, but it was fun and educational to do. then came martini hour, which is always good.

then i gave the wife her anniversary present. she loves it. which is good. she did not get me anything, so that is a doubly good thing. i also bought a mighty wind, and am very excited to watch it. couple that with the 1/3rd of bottle of knob creek i have left, and dammit, i might be happy for once
