Good news on my sister's cancer today! The lymph nodes they took out with her mastectomy tested negative for the disease, as did some blood tests.
All indications are the cancer was isolated to the tumor in her breast.
She's still got a tough road ahead with chemo and all- but now she's facing it with hope.

My sister's mastectomy looks to have gone well. They took out a couple lymph nodes-that's worrying me a bit.

The Iowa cockasses finally ended yesterday, now the State of the Union-politics, how I hate it so.
Mysister has a mastectomy tomorrow. It's the about the least of the medical trials she'll be facing, but he's still understandably nervous. The idea of going under is the worst for her.
