So I go on this first date last night and it didnt go well. She was pissed from the start and that made me pissed. She was mad because she was expecting a gift for the first date. I have been on dates with a lot ot women and none of them ever have been upset about that. \

I like to go somewhere nice for dinner and show them a good time but never have gave gifts to make the night better. Maybe buy themsome thing they see on the date that they like, but not some out of the blue right off the bat gift.

I have never heard of expecting a gift on the first date. Jeez I dont think I got a gift on the 10th date.

Yeah...I wouldn't expect a gift on the first date....actually I would be a little uncomfortable if a first date gave me a gift....I hope you didn't ask her for a second date.
