Im trying to quit smoking. Sucks. Tonight I kept eating although I was full. I was feeling sick from eating too much. I smoked part of a reburn and felt all better. I hope this goes away quickly. I think working out will help. My girl made a workout routine for me. She's really supportive of my trying to quit smoking. It's good that I live in a nonsmoking environment, cuz working at a bar definitely doesnt help. I've been smoking way too long. I think that Im a fairly rational person, and cigarettes out of all drugs are the worst for you and give you the least effect. Doesnt make sense. Tired of this smoking rant. bye

Ya, smoking does suck...I don't remember if u read my other journal entry but i've been smoking a pack a day for the last two years and i finally decided to quit because of the consequences that come with it in the future AND because i couldn't even walk upstairs to the second floor in school without coughing and being out of breath so i went to the doctor 3 weeks ago and he gave me nicorette. Nicorette has nicotine in it too and u chew a few of them everyday (whenever u have the cravings) and with the time u stop smoking (sooner or later u will have to quit chewing Nicorette as well). It actually works...

i go round and round with trying to quit. ugh. good luck with it. when i do quit, i eat sooo much! i think it's the oral fixation, you should se emy pen caps! as far as hoodies, i have waaaay too many, all blabk. i have my tattered one, my poision one, SG, poision the well, a himsa hoodie, a bleeding through hoodie, and a plain black that's a bit too big. oh,i do have a blue botch pull over too. man, i'm the hoodie queen! so you picked up the new himsa album? radness. spread the love. you you know aaron hatch? he works at the look, if you do, you should show it to him, and not tell him who it is till he's listened to it a bit. he hates himsa for no reason. he won't even give them a shot. bah, he's like an old man. i'm still not sure i'm makin it up for te weding, my brother is getting married this summer as well, and funds are a bit tight. hopefully i make it. take care.
