I woke up with my abs and other muscles sore. Im stoked. I havent felt anything major in my abs forever. I miss having tight muscles. Its funny because last night I was sure I wasnt going to feel anything today. Anyways. I had really weird dreams last night. I was happy though, cuz in all of my dreams I was strong and able to take care of the situation, no matter how fucked up. Alot of times my insecurities come out in my dreams. Not lately though. This has to be a good thing. Myabe Im more confident and sure of myself in a way. Less afraid and worried. And thats a good thing
