Ya, smoking does suck...I don't remember if u read my other journal entry but i've been smoking a pack a day for the last two years and i finally decided to quit because of the consequences that come with it in the future AND because i couldn't even walk upstairs to the second floor in school without coughing and being out of breath so i went to the doctor 3 weeks ago and he gave me nicorette. Nicorette has nicotine in it too and u chew a few of them everyday (whenever u have the cravings) and with the time u stop smoking (sooner or later u will have to quit chewing Nicorette as well).
