Apparently this is what it feels like when you over-do it. Went for a 50 mile bike ride yesterday through the rolling hills of the countryside that ended up being against the wind the entire time. Poor planning on my part, I guess. Small price to pay though. Since getting back into training & eating better I've lost some weight, down 1 pant size and my endurance is getting back up there.
