*****NEWS FLASH*****

The town that I live in & surrounding areas have been declared a national disaster zone. Finally after many months, its raining. The only problem is it is raining to much, causing major flooding. Not only is it flooding but there have been sever wind storms destroying and uprooting trees, ripping roofs of houses and causing much chaos. But nobody has the nerve to complain as we need the rain so badly. Almost all of Australia has been on high water restrictions for as long as I can remember. And now summer is on its way we need all the water we can get more than ever.
Anyway, yesterday I wasnt terribly well and felt a little guilty because I didnt get any work done (Im a naughty girl). But it was kinda nice to just lay around in bed and listen to the rain. It would have been even nicer if Id felt better. One bonus was I got to read my favourite mag (JUXTAPOZ) and daydream about being an accomplished artist like the guys featured. If only I was half as talented, dedicated and DID instead of dreamt Id be a happy little chappy. Oh and I also indulged in some girlie time, flicking through the pages of Vogue......ooooo sooo many pretty things.
Today I slept in late and I was awoken by the plumber bashing on my door. It seems there was a black out and my alarm didnt go off so I had to jump up out of bed to answer the door in my jimmy jams all bed headed and sleepy eyed. Blah! To top it off I couldnt make myself a coffee (NO ELECTRICITY) . So my head was achy all day.
Iv started making a friend of mine her birthday prezzy. Iv designed her a hand bag - it should look as cool as fuck.
