Why is it soo hard to lose weight??? I eat healthy, i go to the gym alot, an yet i still look fat!!! this SUCKS!!!

thanks guys, for all your nice comments, but i still think im fat. oh and btw 'discombobulate' i dont drink, i dont smoke, i dont eat junk or sugar, i eat a really healthy diet and i eat the right amounts, im not stupid and i have a personal trainer so i dont need you exercise advice.

I had no idea about your diet or exercise regime, or your knowledge on the subject from your brief post. As I mentioned in my comment I've had mixed success with personal trainers, including some who don't know about the fat burning zone, or who chose not to use it for clients when their main goal is weight loss. I assume they want to flog their clients since that's what they think people expect from a PT
