Its one of those days where I am a lethargic retard. I have obsolutly done nothing today. Well I recorded a song today on the 8-track....just the guitar though.

Im trying to figure what my problem is...I cant stay motivated without thinking that I am missing out on something else if I stay on task with something. Make sense?

So I decided not to attend therapy....I think what it is I can figure it out myself.

those are the top 4 things that need to be rearranged or be worked on. But right now Im happy

Today is a day where I am not motivated. So what do I want to do?

My cat Josie has found her favorite activity, sleeping. Im just sitting here listening to Face To Face, still wondering what I want to do.

I have to work today but thats...well...blah.
