Happy Halloween everybody!!! I was awoken to the sound of Monster Mash...god I love that song, it's the best Halloween song ever! So my mood is great today, I have a good day ahead, and a fun evening. Get to hang out w/ a friend, and lay low, just my style.
Anyhow, as some of you know, I am planning on having some buttons made. Some of you have seen the mary and mitten buttons, that a friend of mine made. Anyway, he only made a few, so I am goign to buy a bunch of button pieces and have about 300 made, so let me know if you are interested. The subjects are a suprise, so don't ask, cause I won't tell!
In other news, I am cold, my windows don't hold the cold air out, and it has bee so chilly lately! I think it was around 20 degrees last night, (they said on the news) and in some places in Oregon, it's never been this cold in October....so it's chilly. I am kinda bummed cause I got my kitties cute little collars with bells, and they wont keep them on! You know how they have that safety release? Well they just push them off, and they unclip. Damnit. They were so cute!
Anyway, I gotta go get ready for the day! Still gotta go to class.

you might be able to help your windows yourself. if they are the single-pane, you can get that clear film to put over the windows to create a pocket of air to insulate. or if they are drafty, you can pick up some of the foam weather stripping and foam filler or the removable caulking to fill in where they leak. a friend is doing the latter for her drafty windows.
