Two things, for now, an emotive, then fun thing.
One I have been fairly blue lately for something some consider stupid.
So if you didn't somehow know, I got a massive love for corvids, particularly crows. Canuck is a crow. Canuck is stupid famous in Vancouver. He bonded with a human, stole a knife from a crime scene, rode the metro, been on the news a stupid amount of times, has had art galleries for him, a documentary, followed by Viggo Mortenson, He is federally protected, and the unofficial ambassador of Vancouver, beating out Michael J Fox. His mate Cassier is also become popular as is his friend Junior. I watch every post for past few years, highs and lows of his little crow life.

He went missing, and every day I check for updates.

It's been over a month now, and he is missing. No real information has been forthcoming with usefulness. I admire his human friend's persistence in finding him and all the help, despite the mass of trolls and people making hoaxes.

Crows are fairly territorial. Which means he in all likelihood is dead, or kidnapped (possible, as he has no fear of the humans), if kidnapped, at this point the person isn't going to give him up, and if dead, by now the body would be gone.

People have to realize while yes he is "just a crow", he was not. He was a symbol and a source of happiness, which makes him bigger than simply a living thing. And it hurts losing something I have followed for years, let alone I can't imagine how it is for his human friend.

It sucks hard.

My friend, Morgan just got married. Morgan is gender non-binary, and Jen, their spouse is transgender. And as I have discussed with Morgan, I don't get it all the way. Why? Cause I am not in their shoes. I don't have the lifestyle or feeling, nor am I really around it. But ya know what, I fully support it. While I am not always in agreement with the linguistic aspect of it all, I am in agreement of living your life as you feel and that is what matters.

This weekend is my first comicon. So two fold; since I already will be uncomfortable with the crowds and noise and furries (not kidding), I am a go big or go home kinda guy, so Imma push my comfort zone.
I also wish to show it doesn't matter what you wear, how you look. Who you love. Who you feel you are, what you do (all of them as long as it isn't hurting anyone or yourself)

So I am going as one of my fav Borderlands characters, gender bent. Mad Moxxi, God willing if my makeup gets here on time. Cause screw looks.

Gonna be interesting. Photos will most likely not follow however save for Morgan, as I hate having my picture taken.
