Yeah, I think I'd try for a more positive spin one one of those. They sound depressing. To break that feeling you need to put the positive to the forefront and have that be your mantra.... that and if you can't choose, you should take some time to mediate on the idea- how long have you spent looking at that list of negative things? Sending lots of love your way. You are awesome.
