Ok. Obama is not going to take away your guns. More strict gun laws will not help, as most of these shootings in America were with you guessed it, LEGALLY BOUGHT GUNS. Second your founding fathers did not envision a future like this, so please don't tell me the right to bear arms. Yes it's your right that they created. Wanna know what else they created? Own slaves, smoke marijuana, Women were one step above property, kill Indians, get God out of my state (hate to tell you, most of your founding fathers thought religion was retarded). I am not being callous to the event, by any means. And I understand it hits people because it's so close to home..But do we forget things like this, happen, right now, in Africa. Kids and parents slaughtered simply because you have a different tribe. No one cares. there's no outrage or anything done. And people will kill each other for the most stupid reasons, since the dawn of time, with anything. Not to say nothing should be done, but nothing will prevent our species getting its jollies off and killing each other.
And guns do kill people. I am pretty sure of that. Cause that's kind of their point. IF you go along that thought that they don't, ok hey nukes don't kill people, lets legalize them too!
And when we allow ALL gods in schools (cause I am pretty sure you just want YOUR god in school, in that case get rid of the whole freedom of practicing your religion thing) and allow my kid to worship Cthulu or the flying spaghetti monster, then we'll talk.
