Just got home from seeing KVNT's band Subtract play, along with a band I haven't seen in years, Frankenbok (AUS) It was a good show .... well, Subtract and Frankenbok were good anyway. Bogans are a bit weird. The guys always have long hair, or no hair, and the girls are always above average height, with middle parts. Highlight of the night was "Bogan Mommy" who brought her underage son along, and had to pour beer into his mouth because it was illegal for him to be holding alcohol in the venue. At least that's what we assumed was happening. Perhaps he just had fucked arms/hands.

Mick from Frankenbok is fucking funny. He is good friends with my flatmate Stacey, and we've met before a couple of times, and he never stops being a GC.

I feel like I'm getting old. I'm only 24, but I can't even stand for 1 song before my back and legs get tired. Maybe I should talk to a doctor about it. It's a hinderance on my attending gigs.

I was really looking forward to Hamtown Smakdown tonight, but after going out to see Subtract and Frankenbok (which I never planned to do, until Stacey came home and asked if I wanted to come) I just want to stay off my feet as much as possible, haha.

My bike arrived!! We have already completely stripped it, and when I wake up later on, I'm going to book her into the powdercoaters for her make-over. Excited! I love bikes way more these days than I ever have. I've always had bikes, but they seem so much more fun now that I'm older.

Ok, time for sleep.
