today was such a shitty day 
my lawyer called me about an accident i was in over two years ago.i've been patiently waiting for a settlement to replace my totalled car and hospital bills......i wasnt at fault btw....anyways the asshole asks me if i still want him to try to get money for my bills,i was so pissed that two years have gone by...and he has been pretty much doing nothing for me.
then i tell him what about money for my car ,he forgot all about me totalling my car and hasnt even been trying to do anything about that....i so badly want to kill him
i had so much hope that i'd get a little cash sometime soon for my loss , and now its just a lost cause...what a piece of shit!!!!!
i really cant wait for a new day....

I would really consider getting a new lawyer I was in an accident when I was younger and my lawyer had it settled in about 6 months.
